If you have turned on your TV but you are unable to watch any of the Live TV channels and are only seeing a black screen then this usually points to a network connectivity issue between the TV box and the router.
A good way to check if this is the case:
- Try watching a programme on catchup TV instead
If the programme plays you should double check the network connection of your TV box to ensure all cables are connected correctly.
Note:
- If you are a Home plan user, your TV box and any additional TV boxes MUST be connected via Ethernet cable to the u-mee router.
