TV App displays "Cannot authenticate subscriber"

If you are receiving the "Cannot authenticate subscriber" message, then this indicates that the login credentials that you are using are not correct. 

The first thing to always try is to do a password reset on your u-mee account. You can do this by visiting https://account.u-mee.com/#/ and pressing "Forgotten password" and then insert your u-mee account registered email address. 



You will be given instructions on what to do next to reset your password. Once you have the new password please try logging into the app again.
