If you're moving to a new address and would like to take your u-mee service with you, then you will need to request a Service Transfer (costs £30, which will be added to your account balance automatically once we have made the address changes).
Before requesting the service transfer, please check to see if u-mee is available in your new address. You can check your availability by visiting our registration page and typing your address in the text box - https://u-mee.com/registration. If a green tick appears at your new address, then we are live in your new area. If you see a red cross, this, unfortunately, means we have not yet reached that area yet.
If we are live in your new area, then please advise us of the address so we can check whether the new address has been installed previously. If it has not been installed, we will try to arrange with you to have the installation completed before you move into your new address. Once the service transfer has been completed, all you will need to do is re-connect your equipment.
If we are not live in your new area, then you can contact Customer Services or submit a ticket who can move your account to a TV+GO package which will allow you to continue enjoying your u-mee TV service.
