If your TV box is displaying a yellow screen, occupying the entire screen then this usually occurs when the network connection between the TV box and the router has been disconnected.
This will only occur on our 2nd Generation TV Box (Arris/circular box).
In order to fix this problem, you should follow these steps:
- Check the network cable is securely connected at both ends (Tv box and router).
- Try changing the HDMI port on the TV to another one.
- Restart your TV and TV box.
- Try changing the network cable port on the router to another one.
