Subscription has expired message on my TV box

This message will appear if there is any outstanding balance due on your account which has not been paid by the 21st of each month as per our credit policy.

If you have made your payment already and continue to receive a message about your subscription, please reboot your TV box by unplugging the power cable and then plugging it back in.

If you have not made any payment to your account this could be the reason that you have lost TV service and are experiencing a limited internet connection is unfortunately due to an unpaid invoice that is currently overdue. 

You can easily rectify this by making your payment online via "Your Online Account"

Once payment has been completed successfully, your services will be fully restored within a few minutes.

To avoid having your services suspended in the future, you can also opt-in to set up recurring payments by also visiting your online account at "Your Online Account" and entering your credit card details.
