If you are unable to watch any of the programmes in the catchup menu, you will need to raise a support ticket with us here.
It is important that you include all the details on the programme for us to investigate:
- Date and time of when the programme aired
- Channel name
- Date and time of when you attempted to watch the programme
- The nature of the problem that occurred - didn't play, no sound, skipped, pixelated image...
- Any other useful information that will assist us in our investigation
