Catchup not working

If you are unable to watch any of the programmes in the catchup menu, you will need to raise a support ticket with us here


It is important that you include all the details on the programme for us to investigate:



  1. Date and time of when the programme aired

  2. Channel name

  3. Date and time of when you attempted to watch the programme

  4. The nature of the problem that occurred - didn't play, no sound, skipped, pixelated image...

  5. Any other useful information that will assist us in our investigation
