Shortly after you register online for a u-mee fibre product, our installation team will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment for your home's fibre installation - they will normally contact you within a few days.
You should allow up to 1.5 hours for a u-mee fibre installation and someone who can authorise works within your home must attend - this could involve e.g. drilling through a wall or maybe affixing cable to skirting. The u-mee fibre wall box will be installed at a location within your home which will have previously been agreed with your property management company or residents committee - in most cases, this will be located alongside the current main telephone point or the main TV point.
Our installation team will bring the router and TV set-top box with them and install this for you, checking that it is working before they leave.
