If you've turned on your u-mee Tv service and are seeing nothing but a white screen filling your TV, this is a communication problem between the set-top box and your TV. Please follow the instructions below to fix this:
- Unplug the power cable from your set-top box.
- Unplug the HDMI cable from your set-top box.
- Plug in the power cable to your set-top box and turn on.
- Plug in the HDMI cable to your set-top box and let it load into the main menu,
You should now be able to see the u-mee TV main menu screen. If you continue to encounter problems, please submit a ticket.
