TV box stuck at NTP Time

When the TV box is not getting past the NTP time when starting up, this means the TV box and router are not communicating properly. To fix this, please try the following steps:



  1. Switch off the router and TV box from the power supply.

  2. Switch on the router from the power supply and allow 5 minutes for the router to start up and settle.

  3. Switch on the TV box from the mains and turn it on.

  4. Your TV box should now start up correctly.
