Internet performance using HomePlug/Powerline devices is poor

Your home network 'beyond' the u-mee fibre router i.e. any cables/devices plugged into this router's ethernet ports which have not been supplied by u-mee (including HomePlug or other Powerline devices which allow your home's electrical wiring to be used in lieu of dedicated ethernet cables) are your own responsibility - we do not provide support for such equipment.

Please note however that if you're using HomePlugs to extend your home network to work with your u-mee TV set-top-box(es), your HomePlug network will become flooded by the high-bandwidth multicast broadcast required to deliver u-mee TV's excellent picture quality and will likely result in poor Internet performance with computers, games consoles, etc. connected to this HomePlug network.
