Will my u-mee Talk app be active when I start my phone/device and remain active to receive calls automatically?
- The u-mee Talk app will automatically launch for Android users when you turn on your device and will be available to make and receive calls until you log out. Users of iOS need to start the app and force close the app when they don't want to use it.
- iOS - if you force close the app, it will log you out
- Android - you have to log out from the app, otherwise, it remains active

- The u-mee Talk app is all about keeping you connected. The u-mee Talk app will access your existing contacts and you can directly call them.
How can I make and receive calls on the u-mee Talk app?
- We've made sure that the u-mee Talk app is simple to use, saving you time and money! As your contacts are integrated, you can make and receive calls directly from the app.
- When receiving a call, your landline will ring at the same time as the app and the device that hasn't been answered will automatically stop ringing.
- Also, when using the u-mee Talk app, you can transfer calls back to your landline.
How many mobile devices can I install the u-mee Talk app on?
- The u-mee Talk app will support up to 10 devices for installation. Currently, you cannot obtain more than one telephone number per account.

- If you are experiencing issues with your data connection on other networks or public Wi-Fi hotspots, you can configure the app in the settings to divert your incoming calls to any number (e.g. your mobile number).
- If you forward your calls to another u-mee number, then this will be free.
- However, if you forward your calls to a non-u-mee number, then the standard u-mee calling rates will apply.
Will my u-mee Talk app work with a Bluetooth headset?
- The u-mee Talk app can be used on a Bluetooth headset and car Bluetooth system by pairing the device according to the set-up manufacturers' instructions.
Can I see my u-mee Talk app call log and usage on my account via the u-mee website?
- The calls made with your u-mee number (whether using the u-mee Talk app or the landline) are billed together and you can view/download your call log/bill at any time in the “my account” section.
How will the app affect my battery life whilst using u-mee Talk?
