How do I set up the Talk GO app

The Talk+GO service is free to use when you are subscribed on to the Plus service. If you are using our Home service, you need to add the service as an addon which carries a £5 per month surcharge. 

To activate the service follow this quick and easy process:

• Please sign into your account on the ‘My accounts page’ https://account.u-mee.com/#/
  


• Click on the service tab at the top of the page - this will show you all your current u-mee services


• Turn the ‘Talk app’ to ON (the “on” sign will appear in green)


• You can also configure the ‘ex-directory’ and ‘withheld number’ services here


• To generate your password for the u-mee Talk app, please click on the ‘get password’ button


• Enter a valid mobile number to have your password sent to you (please make sure you select the correct country code from the drop-down list if you’re using an overseas mobile)


• Your u-mee landline number will appear at the top of the page – this is your u-mee Talk username for all your devices


• The next step is to download the u-mee talk app from App Store (for iOS devices) or Play Store (for Android devices).
