Transfer your existing telephone number

In order to transfer your existing telephone number to your new u-mee service, you will need to follow this short and simple process by clicking this link - Transfer my existing number. You will first need to log in (email and password) and then fill out the below form.




Please do not cancel your existing telephone line with your current provider until the number has been fully moved over.

Before proceeding, please be advised that in order to move your number to u-mee, the account name from your current provider must match that of your u-mee billing account or your request will not be authorized by your current provider. If this is not the case you will need to visit your current provider and change the name to match our records. Please also make sure you do not cancel your existing telephone line with your current provider until the number has been fully moved over.

Once you have started the process by following the link above you will receive an email from PortingXS which will require you to carry out some steps from your current landline number. Once all the steps are carried out and the process is complete, which usually takes 2-5 business days, you will receive an email from us stating that the porting process has completed.
